Observing the display update regularly reinforces my commitment to my decision to quit, underscoring my continuous improvement.

- You have already ceased smoking! This app lacks a reset button or any means to log cigarettes.
- You are inclined towards monitoring a vital metric: a real-time cumulative count of smoke-free days.
